BEP, in collaboration with the Trust leaders' group, have designed an innovative programme that intertwines professional growth with personal development, ensuring that leaders not only learn to lead but also evolve as individuals. It is interactive, focusing on takeaways that can be used in your settings and draws from a wealth of knowledge from experienced leaders.
