Leadership: Influencing and empowering others and inspiring trust and confidence

Good Morning All,

Well for all my primary colleagues today is the day! I know you will all be busy working away on analysing your KS2 results and I truly hope they reflect the hard work that you and your team have put in with the children.

Can I just remind all of you involved in the reading partner project, we will be asking for your results in the next couple of days in preparation for our celebration event in July. As soon as we receive the entire unvalidated data from BCC we will also begin to work on compiling our strengths and weaknesses as a primary phase across the city and identify key activities which we can provide to help you with school improvement in the next academic year. The second I have a picture of our performance across the City I promise I will send you out the headlines.

In the meantime I have included the updated White Rose planning for maths which was published in the last few weeks.
