BEP Blog – Issue 52

Posted on

Good Morning Everyone,

I hope you had a good weekend.

Just to let you know that it is the time of year when BEP has to collect its annual ‘customer satisfaction’. In the next week or so you will all get an email asking you to complete an online survey.

We have deliberately designed it to ensure it will only take you less than 5 minutes to complete and we would really appreciate your time and feedback. We will do a specific questionnaire for priority schools, however the online survey is designed for all schools to complete. We have to report the outcomes to BCC as part of our contractual obligations.

I do hope any of you that have used any form of BEP service during the year: SSIF work, Families of Schools, Conference, Peer Review, Traded Services, Events, Arts, NewStart, PE, Sport and Physical Activity, Global Education etc. would be willing to complete it.

For those of you with priority partners please complete it, however we will be asking you to also complete a more in-depth survey regarding the quality of service you have received. We will send you an overview of the findings once the surveys are returned.

All of the schools who complete the survey will be entered into a draw to win a free ticket for the Learning to Shape Birmingham Conference on Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th September.

In the meantime, you know where we are if you need anything.  Have a good week.

My very best wishes to you all

Tracy

Director of Continuous School Improvement, Birmingham Education Partnership
