Developing skills and methods to creatively explore the aspects of listening, performing and composing in the Primary Music Curriculum to fit the unique needs of individual schools.

This training will be led by BEP Deputy CEO & Direcot of School Improvement, Claire Williams and BEP Director of Mnetal Health & Wellbeing, Anna Robinson. The session will explore the underlying psychological drivers behind complaints, including projection, fear, and unmet expectations, and how these can manifest in interactions with parents, staff, and stakeholders. By understanding the motivations behind these behaviours, school leaders can approach situations with greater clarity, empathy, and strategic calm.
